5 best conference venues in Pretoria

South Africa has not had a COVID-19 wave for a while (we are hoping that we have possibly entered the endemic stage of the virus), hence we are seeing signs of as they say ‘the country opening up’. This meaning that live events and of course naturally event venues are back in business, and boy do we all love the sound of that!

The Maslow Time Square:
This Times Square conference venue possess top international banqueting and conferencing venues, boardrooms, a multipurpose 8 500-seater Sun Arena with highly-tech facilities. It can accommodate up to 450 delegates seated cinema style.

CSIR International Convention Centre:
This Pretoria International Convention Centre which boasts great facilities for conferencing, exhibition spaces and any functions that you would like. This venue can provide amenities from minimum of 10 guests up to over 500.  This Centre also provides a contemporary one-stop business centre, it is easily accessible from Gauteng and has programmes focused on the community.  

Premier Hotel Pretoria:
This venue is conveniently situated near embassies, consulates, the University of Pretoria and the seat of government. It boasts 6 conference venues with the maximum venue being able to accommodate 200 guests banquet style.

Sheraton Pretoria Hotel:
The Sheraton Pretoria Hotel is situated opposite Pretoria’s Union Buildings and has 12 event rooms, 6 breakout rooms with maximum capacity to accommodate 300 delegates. This venue not only has state of the art conference facilities, but it also has 175 luxurious rooms for your guests.

Tshwane Events Centre:
This space is built to accommodate an array of events. It has a conference space containing infrastructures to support in producing top conferences; with 11 different halls which can be scaled for your needs and an executive boardroom to boot. It also has an indoor as well as an outdoor open-air expo space(s).
