How to
How to go from “ho hum” to “didn’t see that coming”
Remember when all events had an element of surprise?
Neither do we.
Every experience is hyped, sure, but genuine surprise?
Rare.
At 360º we believe in reviving the lost art of happy gasps and sparkling eyes. Don’t mistake this for flashy gimmicks, though. We’re into thoughtful, cleverly crafted moments. Here are a couple of ideas for infusing magic into your events:
James Bond vibes
Hide QR codes around the venue. Lead guests to exclusive content or even a secret room with a surprise performance. It’s almost like a treasure hunt, but with more sophistication, fewer pirates (sometimes) and no Easter eggs.
Let ’em choose the vibes
Ask guests to name two of their favourite tunes when RSVP’ing and add them to a playlist. Watch people light up when their song begins! (But be selective. There’s only so much Sweet Caroline and I Will Survive an event can tolerate.)
Interactive art
Why settle for fake plants and plastic banners when you can have “live” art? Well, the cost. Obviously. Humans can be expensive. But what about giant chalkboards for spontaneous doodles, sculptures that react to touch, or VR experiences?
Hidden lounges
Create secret lounges with different themes and make them accessible through hidden doors or by solving themed puzzles. You can make this collaborative (and a bit random) by splitting guests into groups based on clothing colour or footwear.
Mystery guests
Feature a surprise speaker or performance that no one saw coming. Advertise this beforehand. At registration, you can ask attendees to write down who they think it is. Whoever guesses correctly gets a prize, free merch or a photo opportunity.

Eyes on
The Fast & Flawless
What does it take to pull off a 5-star event in four days?
A lot of ballsy tactics, gin, and electrolytes… But also rock-solid supplier relationships, deep client trust and an unbeatable team.
When it comes to the thrill of quick turnarounds, we at 360º have felt it in our bones.
Especially recently.
From a Thursday briefing to go-time on Monday, we used all (and we mean all) of the above ingredients to dazzle 200 VIPs, including media, government, and blue-chip corporates. And, happily, after 36 hours of sleep, we made it out in one piece.
The moral? You’ll never miss a beat with the right crew, connections and clients.
By the way
Spin it to win it
Heard of the Spin360 Booth? It’s been popping up on Instagram and TikTok for a while now, especially at the Oscars and the Met Gala, but what’s the buzz about?
It’s a retro-style base with a rotating arm and a high-end camera that can shoot at 240 frames per second. This tech creates mesmerising slow-motion and sped-up 360º videos, ideal for galas, weddings, big events and year-end functions.
And get this (cue drums): It. Doesn’t. Need. Power.
